This policy covers refunds, returns, exchanges, and guidelines on how customers can return or request refunds.

Eligibility for Returns / Refunds
You may return or request a refund if:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or defective.

  • Product does not match description or specification.

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • Other issues covered by consumer protection law

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within [e.g. 7 / 14 / 30] days from the delivery date

  • Product must be unused (unless defective), in original packaging, with tags and accessories

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are customized, perishable, intimate wear (if hygiene matters), or as explicitly stated

  • Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Items missing tags, original packaging, or accessories

Return Process

  1. Contact our support (email/phone) within the eligible return period, providing the order number, description of the defect, or reason.

  2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions (including return address).

  3. You ship back the item via a designated courier (you may bear the initial cost, unless we caused the error).

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Refund / Replacement / Exchange

  • If approved, you may choose a refund, replacement, or store credit.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (or alternative if agreed).

  • Replacement/exchange is sent after we receive the returned product (if available).

  • Refunds may take [e.g., 5–10 business days] to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect), we bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for a change of mind (and allowed), you may pay return shipping.

  • In some cases, we may deduct a restocking or handling fee.

Partial Refunds

  • In certain cases (e.g., missing parts, packaging damage), a partial refund may be granted.

Refund Exclusions / Denials

  • Requests outside the return period

  • Items not meeting eligibility

  • Evidence of misuse, alteration, or damage beyond normal inspection

  • Refunds will be refused if policy conditions are violated

Defective / Damaged On Arrival

  • Report damaged/defective items within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos/videos.

  • We will guide you on the next steps (return, replacement, or repair).

Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • If you cancel before we dispatch, a full refund will be issued (minus payment gateway charges if applicable).

  • If cancellation is attempted after dispatch, the above returns policy applies.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Subject to our discretion.

  • Acceptance may depend on item condition, packaging, and other factors.
